The fuse box is located in the hall way above the coat stand.

The stop cock is located in the shower room by the side of the loo.

In case of fire dial the fire service immediately on TEL: 999.

There is a fire blanket and fire extinguisher in the kitchen.

The first aid kit is in the utility room above the sink.

There are spare light bulbs and batteries in the main bathroom cupboard.

There is a torch hanging in the external porch by the front door.

There is a battery powered light on the shelf in the porch. Pull the top of the light to switch it on.

Smoke alarms are located both downstairs and upstairs.
