At the end of your stay we would be grateful if you would do the following:

• Place all recycling, rubbish and food waste in the relevant bins next to the oil tank at the front of the garden ready for collection on Friday.

• Please put the general waste into a black bin liner (located in the utility room) before placing it in the external bin.

• Please remove linen from all beds (excluding any mattress and pillow protectors), and place it in the bags provided. Please leave the bags in the utility room.

• Place all towels together in a bag separate from the linen and leave in the utility room.

• Load any used crockery etc into the dishwasher and start the cycle. Do not empty the dishwasher when it is completed.

• Check that all doors and windows are closed and locked and lights switched off.

• Turn the heating thermostat down to its original setting of 15 degrees.

• Place garden furniture cushions in the box next to the back door and return the extra garden furniture to the storeroom.

• Ensure that all traces of your dog are removed from the house, including dog poop from the garden, and disposed of appropriately.

• Return the door keys to the key safe.

• Please leave the house as you found it.
